Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is until 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A valid credit card that maybe pre authorised before arrival.

If paying by cash we require a $300 cash bond. 

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes if you require a late check in you can arrange with us the day before.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes if arranged with reception at least the day before we will try and accommodate you. Costs may apply.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Upon making your booking a deposit equivalent to the first nights tariff is taken via the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the date of your arrival and are required in writing or via email. There will be a $30.00 administration fee.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, Boulevard North Broadbeach will take the first nights’ accommodation deposit as a cancellation fee. A booking may be changed at any time subject to availability. Any extra charges incurred during your stay (including any excess cleaning fees) will be charged to your credit card.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IN WRITING AND FAIL TO ARRIVE THEN THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE ACCOMMODATION WILL BE TAKEN ON THE CREDIT CARD YOU SUPPLIED AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE BOOKING.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are from - 

8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday

9am till noon Saturday and as required Sundays and public holidays.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes we can provide booking for many of the Gold Coasts best attractions!!

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We provide free and unlimited WiFi to all guests 

Q: What facilities do you have?

Our facilities include an outdoor heated pool, spa pool, sauna, full sized tennis court and outdoor shaded bbq area.

Q: Is there car parking available?

All rooms have their own secure underground parking.

There is limited unsecured guest carparking onsite.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes linen is provided in all rooms

Q: Is tea, coffee, soap etc. provided?

Some tea, coffee and sugar satchets, milk, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry and dishwashing detergent for your first day are provided for.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

For stays of 7 days or more

Q: Is the pool heated?

Our outdoor pool is heated and our spa pools even hotter!!

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

We are right on Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise is just a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive!!

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, a myriad of shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes’ walk away.

Elk cafe open for breakfast and lunch is 200 metres

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Bus Stop – 300 m from the front door

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

We are minutes away from the convention Centre, Casino, Pacific Fair shopping and just 10steps away from the beach!!

Q: How far away is the race track?

11 minutes – 5.4 km

Oasis Shopping Centre (Woolworths)  a 5 minute walk

Q: Where is the nearest cafe?

Elk Cafe is 200 metres away at 16 Chelsea Avenue, open from 6.30 am for breakfast and lunch.
