Jim & I have spent a number of holidays at 'Boulevard North' and we keep coming back. The price is right. We like walking across the road to the beach. We like  the close proximity to the excellent restaurants & cafes at Broadbeach. It is very quiet even in peak holiday time because there are only three units to a floor. The b awesome beach / ocean views are forever visible from when you wake up in the morning in the bedroom to all day when tou are having a meal or having a drink on the verandah. We will be back...

We love staying at Boulevard North. It suits the whole family - something for us, something for the kids and now the grandkids! The facilities are family friendly, and just a short walk to anywhere we need to go - we will definitely return!
